We must have all been here. What were we doing?
Where were you on the 26th?

"It could be that the purpose of your life is only to serve as a warning to others."
Sounds like lots of web crawlers and web bots were updating their search engine indexes. Somehow I doubt that 204 of us were actually online on the 26th of June.Originally Posted by Lostone

And second... isn't better to imagine some super cyberparty?

Great! Now I've gone from "We had a great party, and I'm not sure I was there." to "Our party wasn't as popular as the one the other kids threw."

Probably some random instance of a large number of spammer registrations. phpBB is notorious for that. I delete probably 50 every day.
Do you actually still have to delete them?
On my side, they seem to have all stopped when you went to manual registration.

Oh no... they will always come through, no matter how many ip ranges you ban, how many emails and usernames you ban, or if it's on manual activation or not. They still create the username, it just isn't active until Greg activates it. I get tons over on forums.mogulskiing.net.Originally Posted by Lostone
The spammers are pretty easy to identify. They often enter something like "usa" in the location field which is a dead giveaway.
