Until the gallery is set up, there are sites such as Flickr where you can upload the pix, then link them to here with the Img button above.
To do so, right click on the already uploaded picture and copy the image address. then come back here, start the reply, click the Img button, paste the address and then click the Img* button.
I always suggest previewing the post when doing links and images to make sure it worked.

You can check out the BBCode FAQ here for help posting the images once you get them hosted. If you decide to put them in the AZ.com gallery as suggested by Greg you can also check out the AZ BBCode FAQ for some specific tips on posting pics from the gallery.
