Who say's Sugarbush doesn't have a pot of Gold!

You just need to ski often to find it.

The Valley House never looked so good! It would be a real shame to see it go away.

    Not Sure.........

That rainbow terminates somewhere North of Sugarbush.....Up near Stowe! Now I can believe there is a pot of gold up there. Especially as AIG is getting plenty of dough from the current administration.

what is all that brown stuff along the edges of the trails!?!

Sounds like we made out ok with the recent storm. Hoping for a few more inches on Saturday.

    That's a really cool pic!
Some awesome sunrises I've seen on my early mornings at the mountain - gotta start bringin' my camera more often.

You found where the rainbow terminates ?? How many dwarfs were there ? How much gold did you find ? Was there a season pass included ? Sugarbush or Stowe ?

No, I was just hypothesizing based on the photo. It is obviously NE of LP, and just thinking where one might find gold in that general direction.

And as Walks so sagely pointed out, it could be Jay, they definitely have more white gold....

that wasn't frmo today or yesterday was it? If so, I'm surprised at how thin the snowpack looks.

Pretty certain that was during Holiday Week.... the date says 2008.... there's a line at the Valley House lift, and that's pretty much how things looked on the Saturday and/or Sunday after Christmas, between the drops.

Regarding the VH, it does look good with it's new paintjob done mostly by the rider in this thread. Good job MM and crew!

Skiing is a dance, and the mountain always leads.
