I bought a gift certificate from you last February for my dad for his birthday-it was for your Saturday evening buffet dinner that you offer (or used to anyway). My dad visited in October and was told by you that you no longer offer that type of dinner format. Instead of offering him some type of alternative, you told him that the GIFT CERTIFICATE WAS ONLY GOOD FOR THE SEASON!!!! You certainly didn't tell me that when I bought it, nor is there an expiration date on the certificate!

Now my phone calls go unanswered....
