Disc Golf 2008

As mentioned by Hawk, in another thread, I have this disc golf monkey on my back, and I can't shake it.

For those that haven't tried it . . . You really ought to. It is accessible to all, great exercise and... Very frustrating!

When I come upon people who are playing, I try to snap a few pix of them. Some of those pix will wind up here.


Here is a sample of the few that I've finally gotten up. Many more to come, as the season progresses.









There are a few that I put here, before I decided to start an album just for disc golf.

There also are a ton of pix on all summer activities in my Summer Activities album, from last year.

So I'll see you out there. I'll be the one swearing at the trees, the discs, occasional birds... and having a great time.

So the pro tour comes thru next weekend.

I'm going to come in sec. . .


I'm going to be spotting for them for one of the days.

On Thursday evening, they're going to give another of the clinics on how to really play.

They did the same thing, last year. Everyone I know who attended said that they got some really good tips.

It is free, and will be Thursday 6:00 to 8:00, by the Gatehouse.

Wow !!! what a weekend---a lot of newbies trying out disc golf and the zip line for the first time. Bride and Bridesmaids all zipping in their bridal gowns on saturday. Happy people all enjoying Sugarbush. See you thursday at the clinic 6-8 pm.
