The Guns of Jester and First Turns

    1st Dawn Patrol of 2007-2008

Even if I didn't get any turns, the views were worth it.

But of course I had to do some sliding. I got about 30 turns and slid a good long ways. I even went back up for one more.

And it was cold. Really cold.

    Welcome to fairest season everyone!

You need to talk to someone about that addiction problem.
    .
Two roads diverged in a wood,

and I- I took the one less traveled by,

And that has made all the difference.

John: great to see you grabbing the early turns!! I recall many moons ago, as a student "up on the hill" getting the green light for Oct turns............they even ran the lift for us.........Makes me want to get in my car and rally for it, but alas it'll have to wait a couple weeks. AHM

I am way late for claiming actual first turns on the East Coast, they are just my first turns. Some guys got a few on the Whiteface Highway a week and half ago or so. Light glop on pavement, for the connoisseurs. And I'd be really surprised to hear that I beat The Driven One too. He must have gotten the frosty moss on Antelope once or twice already.

Just like riding a bike, though. I seem to remember how to ski still.

Go ahead and be modest if ya want but "Light glop on pavement" ain't skiing.
