    Invasive plants and the Mad River

    Good article in the Valley Reporter regarding a very frightening invasive plant threat literally killing other rivers.

    Give it look. Awareness is key.

    Yup..it's been big news all over Vermont this summer. Love the name they came up with. The more awarenss the better. BTW, you couldn't float a toy boat down the Mad right now it's so low from the dry August.

    Yeah, thanx for pointing the article out. It is a real problem.

    And awareness is the key. Some of them are impossible to get rid of, once they get established. Keeping them out is our only hope.

    I was getting munched on by fish in the river yesterday in Moretown... aggressive little guys...

    I think that means they were considering you to be an invasive animal.
