Why, if I'm not mistaken. I believe that the revered Dr. Noonien Singh was the creator of the android Data. You may recall that Data was the android who was not equipped with the chip to enable humanlike emotion, yet somehow he was inherently compassionate. Puzzlingly, at times, he appeared to be more human than even his human companions whom he envied.

Ah! You got me with that one. I mistook your question to contain a typo. I can't believe I missed Data's evil brother. I responded with the unbridalled bravado of one James Tiberious Kirk instead of the the calm insight of Jean Luc Piacard. BTW didnt Brent Spiner also play the role of Dr. Noonien Singh?
