They're seldom ready when the passes are, but they keep a list of those that have gotten them. If you haven't, stop in and ask.

Anytime I have picked up my pass I always have to ask. If you don't ask you will not get it.

Well, I can confirm that you have to ask for the Bravo book when picking up your season pass. Thanks to this board I at least knew to ask!
(If only all this rain was snow. Sigh!)
