Just found this board recently, and I'd like to say thanks
to Win and you other knowledgable posters. Getting the real scoop and having a venue for real discussion with SB management and skiers is terrific.
Okay, enough butt-kissing. Time to head to the Purple Moon to try to forget about the lack of snow.

We've had a lot of spam posts, and when i saw your handle and the topic, I figured I was checking the thread out to delete another.

The up to the minute updates and (especially the photos!) do help those of us who are valley resident wannabes and suffering the SB jones from afar.
Fell in love w/ SB and the Valley only two years ago. Bought last year, haven't been the same since.

I found this site through a Sugarbush news web search (either from Yahoo or Google news) I think. Came across it, a few weeks ago, and I've been checking it about daily for updated news.
As for myself, I'm based in the Boston area (melrose), and my wife and I purchased a condo at SB 2 years ago and try to get up there are often as possible. We were there at the Castlerock pub on opening day, but haven't skied yet (snow is coming, I know it).
As for my handle, that's a good question. It was just simply that I have a yahoo acct based on a version of that name, so I just used it for here as well.
