    Punkin Pickin

I'm coming up this weekend and was looking for suggestions on the best place to pick a pumpkin to take back to the flatlands. Anyone? bueller?

I'm sure noski will have all the info that is fit to print, and otherwise, but I might suggest that, before you head for the mountain, you check in at the farmers' market in Waitsfield. Don't know that I saw any pumpkins there, last week, but there were a few the week before.

And whether or not they have them there, I'm sure you will find a bunch of them willing to tell you where to go.

Two roads diverged in a wood,

and I- I took the one less traveled by,

And that has made all the difference.

Hartshorn's Farm a couple of miles north of Waitsfield on Rt 100 is a fun place to visit and has a wide variety of pumpkins.

Skiing is a dance, and the mountain always leads.
