What the heck were all those people doing on my mountain??
40s, maybe 50s. Bright sun. Soft snow.
What were they thinking??
Hope some of you had a chance to get out and enjoy it.

Guess you're right.From the Mad River Web site.
AS OF THIS COMING WEEK THE MOUNTAIN HAS DECIDED TO SUSPEND ALL MID-WEEK OPERATIONS AND WE ANTICIPATE OPENING FOR THE WEEKEND WITH REGULAR OPERATING HOURS OF 8:30 AM- 4:00PM. ALL PASSES WILL BE HONORED.
I would have skied to the mountian this morning, except that the bus was there when I got to the end of the covered bridge. But coming home, I had to walk all the way from Easy Rider.
There was just no snow.
My ski in - ski out is broken again.
