Pres Week

Up at 'Bush now (since Sat of Pres Week). Sun Sup[er Bravo remained closed all day, saying hope for mid-AM start. We'll see. So we skied S'North yesterday - which I love anyway. But even some of the groomed were...well...more artic tundra than truly skiable. Been skiing for 25+ years, my 8 year old for 5 yrs. We made out OK yesterday but you had edge, could be suprised easily on the many transitions from man-made to chop to slab ice. Skiied mostly snow-made trails like Inverness which was in decent shape considering. Plan for today is to continue to hunt the truly well-groomed / man-made shots - and pray S'Bravo opens...and Ma Nature shows us some love.
