Slide brook is on public land. It is out of bounds so I doubt it applies. Also if the resort policy did apply what are the odds you get in trouble.
I have read the uphill travel policy on the Sugarbush's site. There is no mention of whether this applies to the Slide Brook area.
Isn't Slide Brook basin public land? If so, then the uphill policy is not enforceable by the resort, correct? I was hoping to do a half day tour in Slide Brook this Saturday.

Slidebrook is our land. Our policy applies to the 111 trails at Sugarbush.
Are you saying you can not skin in slidebrook without a uphill pass ?
Trouble with you is the trouble with me,
Got two good eyes but we still don’t see!
If it was they'd make it upper slidebrook, lower slidebrook, slidebrook extension and slidebrook cutoff to add 4 more trails.......
Ha! I crack me up.
