Spicy shrimp in a Creole inspired BBQ sauce.

3rd Course
Roast leg of lamb
Hand carved leg of lamb in a garlic and coriander spice rub served over a smooth potato puree with roast vegetables
Switchback Ale: 5.0% ABV, 28 IBU

4th Course
Flourless Chocolate cake
Salted caramel
Rodenbach Grand Cru 6.00% ABV 35 IBU
