Reply With QuoteThey did a very nice job on the 1 mile section of the road that was the worst part of the Access Road. They now have to put in new guard rails and then do a final coat and stripe it. Huge improvement for the winter.

access road update
They started paving the access rd, yipee!, the uphill side is done and part of the downhill side. I suspect it will be finished tomorrow or Wed at the latest. This of course is between Timberline and just below Alpine Options.
BTW, the lower elevation trees are really starting to show some great color with the cold nights we have had since the middle of last week.Last edited by ski_resort_observer; 10-10-2011 at 04:42 PM.
