This past Friday night my wife and I, with a couple of friends, took the Lincoln Limo ride for dinner at Allyn's Lodge and a night ski back to Timbers for desert.

Outside it was snowing and the wind was howling (Probably gusting in the 50s). Inside the candle lit lodge it was warm and festive. We drank wine and enjoyed fondue and other delicious hors devours. Then after we took our seats the chef addressed the table and described our meal in elaborate detail. The dinner, which was centered around yak and lamb, was out of sight delicious.

After dinner we geared up and braved the elements for the ski down to desert.

The whole evening was very very entertaining. My wife and I can't wait to do it again. This is a dining experience that is not to be missed.
