Fine dining in the cellar? Works for Chez Henri.....
Moving all pub traffic to Timbers would crush that place. The folks at claybrook would really enjoy Sunday brunch with sticky beer floors. ...

For two adults and one teen, my bill is substantially cheaper this year. Plus friends who bought quad packs are choosing to buy season passes.

Wrong day to brew the second pot of coffee and catch-up with friends over breakfast. It was the first time parking in lot f. Holy cow there were tons of people. Glad slidebrook was open and...
If someone buys a day pass at mt Ellen can they ski LP as well or was this for season pass holders only? The snow report doesn't make it explicitly clear.

What's the big deal RFID Vs hand scanners? It's such a minor issue to gripe about. Helping some kid with a part time job and supporting the community is great.

A buddy of mine pinged me yesterday to chat about the MC pass. This is a guy who bounces around between resorts and is a bit frugal when it comes to lift tickets. He usually buys two quad packs...
Lately my wife likes to sleep in on Sundays and then walk down from the condo to the resort. The kicker is that she has me carry her gear up and leave it on the racks, which I don't mind doing being...
Paraphrasing Win's comment from another thread "....you have to pay it back" I could see SB loading up on debt like this in the instance that Summit Ventures didn't purchase the property and run...

I own up the road and I pay my road, water, and sewer fees like the rest of the condo owners, the value vs. dollar spent was not the point of my original post. Personally, I think it's expensive...
I don't own a condo in the Village and I don't plan on buying one of Win's new places, but why is they new development and changes to the VD a slight on the village itself? SB doesn't own the...
I skied North today and thought it was pretty awesome. So the guns down lower were going like crazy but getting frosted over isn't new. Should have been skiing Summit where the pow was nice.

I sold some gear at the ski swap in Waitsfield and have not seen the proceeds yet. Has anyone received their proceeds yet?
I called the school last week but have not heard from anyone yet. Any...
Does anyone know if the ski swap date has been set for this year?
I thought the snow was excellent all season long and thought Win and co. did an outstanding job with snow making. We skied just over 40 days this year and there isn't much to complain about, BUT...
Driving the gap during ski season is always interesting, but you save 15-20 minutes as compared to other routes into the valley? I don't really see it as a major issue that I have to choose one of...

6-8" out my window.
The wind kicked up yesterday and drifted the snow, so it might look deeper in spots. Skied lift line and aimed for the drifts... some were soft, some where hiding ice...
No snow last night but just went outside and it just started to snow. Very fine, powdered sugar style snow so far.
