I had the pleasure of meeting Lostone on the mountain today. The secret is that his name is pronounced Lost One, and not low stone. We can now put THAT issue to rest.

P.S. I forgot to introduce him to my wife, after whom Mt. Ellen is named. Wink

It is both... and others, too. I'm sworn to secrecy. Laughing

But for the name tag, it will be lost one. Wink

Heh, I thought it was "low stone" too, I think he pronounced it that way to me once, but "lost one" makes more sense. Heh, what the heck would low stone mean anyway?

How about lost_one or something?

Man its been forever since I last posted here......

For some reason I've always pronounced it like "Law-Stone"... somehow I managed to get the "lo" sound from "lost" but not the whole word...

"Lost One" as in the Grateful Dead? Or perhaps, "Low Stone" as in Comfortably Numb. Sid Lives! Twisted Evil

Just a tiny bit off... first of all it's Jerry, and they toured for a bit as "The Other Ones", a play on the song "The Other One."

Haha.... has it been a while or were you just not really in the scene too much at all?

Cool
