Is it even possible to ski at walking pace? Maybe on a flat, but certainly not downhill...

Can't help but wonder if that sign has nothing to do with Sugarbush, but is a joke sign made to protest Sugarbush's having a slow skiing area, or the speed control they did when I first started skiing here?

The "Sugarbush Valley" font looks pretty realistic though... definitely circa 1980...

I asked the seller if he had any background or history to it, but he said it came in an estate sale box he purchased.
