Has anyone approached the Chamber of Commerce or local nightlife establishments collectively, and asked them to consider the idea of funding the MAD Bus (or similar) to run a one hour loop from the MT, down the access road, up 100 to 17, and back down German Flats, with random stops along the way?

It could run on the hour from 6:00p - 1:00a on Friday and Saturday night, which would be an eight hour shift for two drivers, plus fuel and overhead expenses.

This would get the Federalees off our backs and might open up some (old but not forgotten) nightlife possibilties, allowing us to kick up our heels worry free, which might in turn attract more customers to local businesses, making the existing establishments more successful, increasing revenues and employment opportunities for the full time villagers of the MRV, while keeping everyone safe, to ski more.......

Another possible "passholder appreciation" thought is to allow free access to the weekend nightime transportation system for passholders of Sugarbush and Mad River Glen, while others could pay a nomimal charge of a couple of bucks a ride or purchase a MAD Bus "season pass" for riding the system....

Grey Goose Martini, dry, shaken not stirred please, and hold the fruit.......

Thanks!!!
Never knew the saturday evening service even existed.
Maybe if I climb out from under this rock once in a while I might have known.......

Anyway, extending the route to Hyde's and down G Flats might enhance the service and the ridership from other ski houses along the way, as well as adding friday nights.
