I just wanted to commend the Sugarbush ticket window at south. Monday march 13 we had a family buy tickets and as you recall it rained all day & only a handful of lifts were open. When they can back to the inn they were a little dissapointed that they had to pay full price for partial service. I told them to speak with someone at the window or customer relations. They did & to Sugarbushs' credit they gave them comp tickets. They came back happy as clams. They also got vouchers for next season when their kid broke his wrist learning to snowboard! It pays to fall!

Customer service is key. You now have happy skiers for life.
