I didn't have time to read the whole article. Why do you say "RIP"?

If you read the brochure, it touts early and late season skiing on Mount Ellen. That no longer is the protocol.....

What I think is interesting is that one of the pictures shows the cut to the peak above Inverness.

I'm wondering what their early and late dates are. (That print is way too small for me!) Seems like even in the early days of Sugarbush North, March Madness was the end of the season, and I'm not sure it went to the end of March.

Never skied when it was Glen Ellen, so I can't say.

If you look at the trail map it shows 3 trails above inverness and a lift, all listed as "future facilities and trails"

Yeah, I noticed that and then remembered that we thoroughly discussed this last fall.

Lostone, I somehow could read the brochure and it does talk about late March and April ski packages that are available. It also said that they were able to open Summit for Thanksgiving.

The Neck skied there one year in May! May 19th to be exact. The top was open, people, parties and fun in the sun..............RIP

I guess I've been busy. This was posted in June! I just wanted to tell you if you click on the link you can enlarge the pages. But I had to use my toolbar and not the site suggestion of clicking on the corner.

Even with the clearest enlargement at the site, it is still too small for me to see clearly. They were either just scanned too small or reduced for posting. Not a real problem, as , I never skied back then and my time machine isn't working all that well.

If you want to enlarge and you have a PC all you have to do is press control and the + key (each hit increases the enlargement)--to shrink hit control and the - key. This works on any website.
