MRG is reopening on Saturday for the final two days of skiing during the 2006-07 ski season. This is your last chance to ride the original single chair before it is dismantled for restoration. madriverglen.com is now saying there is a chance of reopening on Friday if they get enough snow. Get at it folks!

With all this new snow I am surprised they didn't go for 1 more weekend

Has MRG even closed the day after a 15" storm? (SB reports 15".) Wow.

I can't believe that MRG closed under these conditions. I know they have a schedule to keep for the single chair construction, but how much are they going to be able to do anyway with all of the snow on the ground? In any event, they could at least keep the double open for the MRG faithful.
