View Full Version : ALC + Bush Pilots = Skiing Magazine International Press
Great big world press for the Sugarbush ALC - Bush Pilots Program, especially considering it was ranked with Windells and Woodard; nice work ladies and gentlemen, and girlz and boyz!

Looking forward to seeing and reading a lot more international articles about the Mountaineering Blazers, The Randonnee Rally Race Series, as well as skinning around the Sugarbush and adjacent Green Mountain areas for day tripping.

If anyone knows about getting air it is the author of that piece, Griffin Post. He skied a day with the Bush Pilots last season. I watched him make Giant Slalom turns down lift line like it was a green circle groomer. He even arced a huge turn over the headwall like it wasn't there.
It is really great company to be compared with Wendells. The Bush Pilots program is amazing. Nice to see it getting some big recognition.
Some other local talent springboarding to national honor role within the last year:

Ryan is the son of Peter Hawks who was a Darmouth 4 Eventer and ski jumper. Peter also makes Sugarbush his home Mt., for obvious reasons.

Not a bad mountain biker either....
Good for Ryan and also Lars Chickering-Ayers from MRG. Two MRV guys in the top 4.
