Not that Flatbreads needs any more business, but I've discovered that they have gluten free pizza for those who have wheat allergies. It's quite good!
On the other hand, the cafeterias at Sugarbush are tougher. I pretty much always bring a lunch. Yesterday I ran out of gluten free bread, so I wound up eating a lunch of yogurt and an apple.
I wonder how many of us have to avoid wheat... I suspect more than anyone realizes.
