discount for multiple seasonal programs - is it gone?

I seem to recall that there was a discount (10% or something in that range) for purchasing multiple seasonal programs. I did not need to take advantage of it last year and it does not seem to be offered this year. Does anyone remember if it was ever offered or know when it went away?

If there was one last year, I didn't know about it. Sure would have been nice..
