I just noticed today that the Mt. Ellen halfpipe has been officially removed from the trail map. It being March 1st, it was fairly obvious that it wasn't being built this year, but I'm wondering why. I'm guessing under-utilization and costs of creation and maintenance that were just too high? Interestingly, it's still listed in the lift/trail report.
