I was fortunate enough to get one of the snow cat rides yesterday. The cat was warm and seat comfortable. Staff did a nice job loading and informing us of our destination. We went up Snowball to high traverse ending at Allen's lodge. I understand why Super Brovo was closed. Quit windy and the wind had blown all the snow off that the groomers had churned up (we did lower Organgrinder). Did ski Gate house which had nice snow on it.

Lets hope it snow good this afternoon and the lake effect grows.

Doing my snow dance.

Adventure Campers riding the Lincoln Limo!

The snowmakers and groomers have done a great job and the trails they've worked on are buttery. Temps are much nicer today too. More natural snow coming tonight.

See you soon!

Which, the drinking or the cat ride?

the kids were happy with the ride and we were happy with an hour of drinks, music and football. BTW- really considerate of the NFL to schedule the playoff games tomorrow at 4:30 and 8. perfect timing.

So if the cat is running in place of the lifts, are they charging extra for it or do you just need a valid pass?

Word I got was that if you had a valid ticket, you put your name on the list, and went up at no additional cost.

This was not any official word, but "as heard on a lift."

The folks I talked to who went up didn't pay anything extra and enjoyed the ride as well as the skiing. :)

We charge for the 5pm rides, the dinner at Allyn's and the special Powder mornings. The windhold shuttle was available with a pass or valid ticket at no extra charge.
