Top to bottom for sure! Jester, Downspout, Lower Downspout and Coffee Run and hopefully Grinder on Sunday if not Saturday. We will be blowing as much as we can!

Given that the current temp is 13.7 F at the 'Crossroads, I can only imagine what it is up on the hill, and the snow has got to be falling from the guns - nice and dry with low dewpoints and the right w/b. What an incredible stretch of cold wx these past few days - only in N.E. can we go from 65 deg Sat night to the teens just 2 days later. Here's to a great opening weekend - looking forward to reuniting with my old friend, the Bush.

And its a good thing I went through my gear today.... I got no gloves! Looks like I've got a mission for the rest of the week.

check out tramdock.com... the sister site of steepandcheap, dedicated to just ski gear. they've been selling lots of sticks as of late.

What's the update on snowmaking ops this morning? Pretty cold and dry last night - I have to imagine the team is ahead of schedule, no?

FWIW, this pre-season blitz, and the recoveries from that/freeze cycles is where I wish a little more horsepower was in place w/r/t snowmaking. The contrast with the outrageous amounts of snow being blown at K-Mart and other locales is startling.

Who let this guy and his dog onto the snow? Sheesh, you might think he owned the place or something.

:wink:

Just kidding.

Nice pic...and the dog is getting very large!

I was just thinking today on my walk with Angie that Rumble must be growing pretty big since October 11. How does the Bernie like the snow ?! ; }

Speaking of snowmaking...

Someone turned on the big gun! :D

Vera has turned white, as have all the cars outside except Mel's... which already was white. :wink:
