Has anybody stayed at the Slidebrook Lodge? If so;did you like it?

Never stayed there but from all the complaints they get from the condos across the street about the noise, the bar must be hopping on the weekends.

It has changed owners and name(just once on the name) a few times in the past 10 years but I can tell you that the rooms are decent, some were with a shared bath but maybe the new owners have changed that. Hot tub, convenient for the shuttle and the busy bar is a breakfast place in the morning. It's about a mile to the base of LP.

It sounds like a lively bar scene and you don't have worry about the drive home if you stay there.

Noise complaints were due to a summer resident and shouldn't be a problem this winter.
I've seen some great bands and the rooms are relatively cheap.

I think is was abit more than that as it was discussed at a recent Warren Selectboard meeting. Agree it shouldn't be a problem this winter.
