Along with the disc golf, and mountain bikers, I've managed to get in a few shots of the scenery, up on the mountain.

Helped a lot that we had such nice weekends, the last few. Hope a lot of you got to get up here and experience it.

The rest of the week is looking really nice. Come up and enjoy all that is going on this Community Day. All current season pass holders can ride the Bravo lift Saturday, Sunday and Monday for no charge. Zip Line, Mountain Biking, Disc Golf will be available and we will have a special Gerry Nooney BBQ and music in the Lincoln Peak Plaza after our Community Day meeting on Saturday.

Well, Saturday's weather left a little to be desired. :cry: I went thru two sets of clothes, getting caught in the rain, then trying to get back out and getting caught again!

But today??? :D This was the day you order when you order a peak foliage weekend! 8) Bright sun, warm (for October) day and it looked positively gorgeous.

I took a lot of pix, but they'll take a little while to get uploaded. In the mean time, I've started a foliage album on Photobucket. The first pix are from 9/30, (http://s232.photobucket.com/albums/ee203/Pix_from_Jim/Foliage%202007/) with more to come. :wink:

Ok.... So now we're down to 7 leaves clinging on for dear life. :cry:

It has been an odd season. At first, I thought everything was going straight to brown. Then we finally got some rain and we got some colors. They were around for a short time, and we got a lot of rain and a lot of wind, and we've lost most of what was planning on existing. Still a few spots of beauty, but mostly it is wait for the snow.

With the exception of some of the shots on the first page, they are in order, so you can see the foliage come up, and drop back down. The first part of the 1st page has some shots of a road trip to Quechee Gorge.
