When are you coming up again Baby-face Jay? I've got some plans for you, my little piece of mountain biking clay.

...but my wrist still heals. X-rays and MRI's show no break or ligament damage....but the beeotch is still aching. My sports Doc tells me to try to take it easy, but can do what I can endure. I don't know if that means riding gravity-fed dirt and mud.

In a splint now, gobbling Vitamin Ibuprofen, and some heat seems to help. At least the ugly bruises are mostly gone.

So any moulding of this mouldering old clay lump may have to wait, Picasso.
