Well, I could've done a TR. Instead, just look at the pix. I'm the crazy guy in the straw cowboy hat!

Well, that was a lot more time than I thought I'd spend on this!

At long last, i got a few pix up. I did a short Spring Skiing Gallery. (http://forums.skimrv.com/modules.php?set_albumName=Spring_Skiing&op=modload&name=gallery&file=index&include=view_album.php&page=1)

Spring Fling and Snowball were much better than the pics might indicate. Snowball for the most part was 8 feet wide or so but devoloping some real funky moguls, and was a heck of alot of fun. Except for a few narrow spots, Spring fling was skiable for about 3/4 of its width! Steins was really nice and actualy had some good lines.

Stein's was awesome but I was really sore on Monday morning - that was a lot of bumps.

I didn't actually make it over to Snowball/Spring Fling.

Actually, I think it was exactly as good as the pix showed.

If you think I was saying any of those conditions were bad, you're wrong. It was spring skiing, and it was quite good spring skiing. :D

But those bumps which you said were fun, were a lot of work for a lot of people, out there, and scary to some. But it was spring skiing. 8)

I'm sooo glad we didn't end the season with the weather of the last weekend in April.

It was a great final weekend..... and yes, there were those that skied the top third of the mall. The grass skiers were in force going down snowball and lower snowball as well. I love it! Three cheers to the groomers for getting snowball/spring fling open. I switched over to do some tele runs in the middle of the day and it was nice to warm up on spring fling before flinging myself down steins. To cap it off, watching the racers down in the parking lot after was a hoot! I think the guy who drove the Firebird should get some kind of award in the midst of all the miatas and other "go-carts" in the race (well, there was even one real go cart there but you see my point).

All in all, a perfect ending to one of the best seasons I can remember. Cant wait to do it again next year!
