This is the first week end since December that I will not be skiing . Like phantom pains, my right foot and cruise control finger are twitchy and ready to go. But, alas no road trip tonight. So please help me through the jones with some photos and accounts of the diminishing/sustaining snow pack. (Especially photos! )

Your anticipated attention to this desparate call for vicarious gratification is greatly appreciated.

Okay Yard but I don't see how this is going to make you feel any better.

I'd suggest the slideshow on the right, top.

Some good shots there.

I was thinking the same thing  You must be just beyond the kids.

This had to be one of the nicest days for pond skimming I can remember. Last weekend at the Dummy Big Air the Bush offers $1000, gets 5 contestants, Yesterday contestants have to pay $25(?) and you get 100. Who's the dummy now...

Oddly enough, I do feel a little better. Thanks for the Great photos! They were just the nicotine patch I needed. The water looks caribean blue. How'd they do that? What a great looking day and event. I'm sorry I missed it. I remember last year it was pouring out and they had to put the lifts on hold due to lightning. YIPES!

Yeah it was awsome. I think I am going to enter it next year, this time arround I wasn't up to trying it without seeing it first. Although unrelated I shot a bunch of video clips while riding the slide brook chair that I am going to edit into something cool.

Added some more pix to my Flickr set. 8)

Someone asked about a certain couple competitors. I was sure I got them, but couldn't remember putting them up. Then I remembered the other camera, which I switched to after my camera and myself getting drenched by a snowboarder's wipeout.

In any case, they're at the end of the set, here. (http://www.flickr.com/photos/57054379@N00/sets/72157600039277208/)

I think I just added 21 to the end of the original.
