Anyone have the scoop about the visit by the local fire department to the Gatehouse lodge around 3 this afternoon? They were here and gone pretty quickly.

A cook burnt some bread in the kitchen. When he opend the oven doors the kitchen filled with smoke. He opened a window to get the smoke out, which was then sucked back into the atic space above, which set off the smoke alarm. So no emergency, just a cooking blunder gone bad.
