I have stated that there are 6+ mouths to the East Coast season. 2 that S___ 2 that are Great and 2 that are in the middle. I also have also stated that this season seem too be a week early, Starting with the 2-4 foot storm in late Oct. *

So if you take that into a theory. Nov. & Dec. where middle of the road months. (keeping with the vain and counting Christmas week as a Jan. week) January and Febuary S____ ed. But March has actually been OK. I got a face shot!!! and as a pass holder 4 Powder days ( a powder day is at least 1 run in Knee deep snow...it's a friction thing)

Now in that same thought counting this awsume week of spring skiing as a APRIL week...it's starting off excellent!

Now Win has gotten to enjoy these condition last April school vacation and seen how great Sugarbush can be. He has graciously listened to us....and re-extended this season,

So it is time to ignore your spring flowers and come SKI THE KING OF SPRING! SUGARBUSH.

Now April has it's own quirks. It usually starts out with some fine warm conditions. but often follows with some cold mid-winter cold and snowy weather or R.....just when you are looking for corn. And then when you or the MT thinks it is over Mother Nature rebounds.....Just like at Mad River an Castlerock last week.

So it is time to JUST SKI and tell everyone else to JUST SKI.

Ok, so I didn't get most of that at first... But at the bottom, it said JUST SKI and.... 8)

Boy am I glad I JUST SKIED! :D

Then... I re-read it and think I understand what you wrote...

OK, so taking your premise, what if there are 2 months of each, but not in contiguous days?

Meaning there are ~60 days of each, but not in order.

I have 3 powder days in each of January and February, and more spring skiing days than that, in each. ( What a strange year! )

So while I might disagree with your premise that the months are shifted, I don't disagree with the conclusion that people should get out there and JUST SKI! :)

Today was a little better at being a spring skiing day than the ones in Jan and Feb!

What a day to be outside on a mountain! 8) There wasn't a frown to be bought, 8)

And tomorrow is supposed to be a little warmer?

What I would say is you don't know unless you get here to try it. After all, this: http://static.flickr.com/29/66662930_3c05425fe9.jpg

Wouldn't you rather be "in" the next session of pix instead of just looking at them?
Come on, stop by, and "just ski" as Treeskier put it!
