Man, there are a ton of documents in there - I cant imagine what is cost to prepare all that stuff!

If you include all the consultants like the surveyor, landscape architect, civil engineer and the environmental consultants it could be as much as $200 - $300K. At least down here it is. Maybe a little less expensive in VT. There are actually companies in VT that just specialize in Act 250 permits only.
