It gets harder and harder every year. The 20 something pass isn't really helping, they want really cheap places to stay and my place is cheap but not cheap enough.

Best of luck filling your house. Hopefully, some snow in the air will bring some possible new house members to you.

Actually haven't had any 20 somethings. I lost 10 people this year. All were 30's and 40's. What you need are hardcore skiers with money to burn for passes or tickets. The area doesn't offer a whole lot for the intermediate skier who wants to ski when the conditions are perfect and have fun at night.
