Temperature Inversion this morning

I just did a couple of early runs and it is really nice. It is warmer the higher you go and we should get into the low 20's on this bluebird day. For those of you who stayed indoors yesterday, you will want to get out today. The hike over to Castlerock is still worth it and skiing the fresh powder on either Stein's or Elbow is worth coming out. I think that we and MRG are one of the very few in North American that are 100% open.

It was -4 this morning at 6:30 when I got up. I got up to top of Bravo 45 minutes later and it was +10, while it was below zero at the base. It warmed up to about 14 at top of Bravo, a heat wave compared to Sunday. I did hear it was about -20 over in Northfield.
