If you look closely, Willy's boots are totally unbuckled. The upper cuffs are wide open. Who needs tight shoes?

Yup, tightening those boots will only make his feet hurt. Who needs tight boots when you got your hands and eyes downhill, weight forward etc. Damn, it took me more years than he has been alive to struggle to ski(board) with good form like that and I must not do it enough because most photos of me look like I'm standing up like a pole with flapping arms.

Hmmm. That ski posture reminds me of someone... I wonder if he's had some good coaching...
