I need new boots since my old ones are spanked. Their like wet noodles & have no cushion whatsoever. I’ve been going to Alpine options but where would you go?

And secondly what is the deal with "Surefoot" ski boots. I see a lot of them at SB. Are they worth considering? I like the idea of comfort but I can’t sacrifice fit, as I prefer to barley even buckle my boots.

If you consider it beautiful when it is not snowing!

My $.02, Dave at Mountainside is great, and the convenience of stopping between runs is useful.

Dave gets my vote. The only thing I know about surefoot is I can't afford them. ; {

Dave made some footbeds for me last year and the service was great...I had a tough time getting the right fit and the convenience of skiing in and having Dave tweak them until all was well was a big plus!
