For those who are so inclined, the Waitsfield United Church is holding a special "Blessing of Skiers and Boarders", (along with their skis & boards), at its service on Sunday, November 25 at 10am. Open to all who would like to carry the blessings of a safe season with them. PM me if you have questions. If you miss it, you can watch on local cable access 44 the following week, as it will run 6 times that week.

Interesting... Similar to the blessing of the fleet.
